HIP Addendum & Site Charts – November 2008

Review this revised Hospital Improvement Plan, approved by the NHS Board of Trustees Nov. 18. This Addendum includes an Executive Summary and several appendices, including a chart showing the Kitts recommendations and how they’ve been incorporated, finances and urgent versus emergency care.
