Stakeholder Relations

Niagara Health provides more than 500,000 patient visits each year to inpatients and outpatients. In serving the more than 430,000 residents of Niagara, our hospital interacts with a number of different stakeholder groups both within the hospital (internal) and throughout the community of Niagara.

Internal stakeholders are included in the development of the HIP plans in each of one of clinical programs. Our external stakeholders take part in the newly created community advisory forum – a broad based group that meets to share and exchange information about the HIP and the implementation planning process underway for the various initiatives included in the four year plan.
